Tempe is a city located to the east of Phoenix and borders Mesa, Scottsdale, and Chandler. It is the fifth largest city in Arizona. The city is home to Arizona State University and has many of the attractions of a college town. However there is much more to Tempe including luxury housing, resorts, golf courses, shopping and fine restaurants.

Downtown Tempe is a happening place especially along Mill Avenue which is constantly changing and is full of energy. This is where many of the clubs, bars and restaurants are located. The city was incorporated in 1894 and has approximately 170,000 residents. The city is a service hub with many service related businesses including health and medical and financial. One of the focal points of Tempe is A-mountain rising out of the flat lands. Near to the mountain is Sun Devil Stadium. To the north lies Tempe Town Lake a recreational area and a booming business center.
