Last summer I got a lot more TV channels with the Directtv free installation in my house. Although I flip through many channels at all different times of the day and night, I can’t help but look forward to the Big Bang Theory on every Monday night. The show is just finishing up it’s third season and next season will change days from Monday to Thursday.
I think the thing I like the most about the Big Bang Theory is that the four characters truly are like the nerds of the real world. Sheldon who is so smart he can’t fully function around normal people. Leonard who is actually very normal but tends to be happier with people that are scientific. Raj, who is my favorite, is afraid to talk to girls without alcohol in his body. Howard who loves women and never runs out of geeky pick up lines that never work. The four of them have such good chemistry together it’s amazing you are watching a show and not just nerdy guys talking to each other.
Then there is Penny, who lives across the hall. Penny is normal and doesn’t normally understand the vocabulary of what Sheldon says nor does she care. Leonard truly loves Penny and in the third season they finally start to date. I hope the fourth season in the fall is as good as the last three amazing seasons.
